I made a super tasty dinner last night: Paleo Char Siu. It’s even Whole30 approved! All three of us made pigs of ourselves with this pork. Sweet, salty, and so good.

This will make a big mess of a sheet pan, but it’s worth it- especially if you have a chain mail scrubber. That thing is a miracle worker for tough dish washing jobs.
